1. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@rardigital.site with the email address used at checkout, your order details, and the reason for your request.

2. Review

Every request is reviewed individually in accordance with the terms of the checkout provider and applicable consumer protection laws. We will reply to your email as soon as possible.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the checkout provider. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Access after a refund

Once a refund is issued, the license to use PaceKeeper ends.
